Montage Beverly Hills' new Executive Chef, Gabriel Ask, isn't wasting any time getting acclimated to his surroundings. In fact, he's busily refreshing the winter menu at The Conservatory Grill. Known for his buoyant personality and hands-on philosophy, Chef Ask spends every Wednesday at the local farmer's market, where he selects the finest ingredients. His goal is to create fun and innovative fare, adapting weekly menus to capture the best of his finds. Among Chef Ask's favorites: Wild Alaskan Halibut with Tomato Verbena Water, a refreshing entrée featuring a wonderful infusion of lemon verbena. For reservations, please call (310) 860-7990.
