Chef Scott Conant, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, has appeared on The Today Show, MARTHA and Bravo's Top Chef. He is the host of the Food Network's "24 Hour Restaurant Battle", a judge on "Chopped" and has published two cookbooks: New Italian Cooking and Bold Italian.
Chef Conant's Italian cuisine is modern, earthy and refined with the finest seasonal ingredients. Dinner: Monday - Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Friday - Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Bar: 4:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
